The Gambiered Canton Gause also known as Xiangyun Sha, is a type of fabric made from mulberry silk and is extremely precious. It is a pure handcrafted fabric that has been passed down since the Northern Song Dynasty in the Shunde region of Lingnan. With its long history and intricate production process, it has been listed as a national-level intangible cultural heritage and is known as the "soft gold" of silk due to its uniqueness and rarity. The dyeing and finishing process is extremely complex, requiring pure handcrafting through the "three washes, nine boils, and eighteen sun-dries" method. The finished product has different colors on each side, with one side as dark as ink and the other side with a ceramic-like hue, faintly revealing a cracked texture. Renowned for its durability, it resists sun damage and washing, becoming softer, smoother, and more lustrous with wear, while retaining its vibrant appearance over time. The inception of this series stems from the brand's original intention to inherit and integrate Oriental culture into its essence. By blending the unique and rustic characteristics of the ethnic group with the brand's philosophy, it showcases both ethnic roots and international appeal, highlighting a harmonious fusion of tradition and modernity.

Due to the unpolluted, iron-rich gray-black mud in the local Lunjiao area of Shunde, the highest color fastness in plant dyeing can be achieved. The production process is natural, environmentally friendly, and intricate. It begins with weaving the fabric using mulberry silk as the base. The fabric is then repeatedly soaked, sun-dried, sealed, and boiled in the juice of Dioscorea Cirrhosa Lour, a unique plant found in the mountains of Lingnan. Afterward, it is combined with mineral-rich mud from local ponds and permeated with it. Finally, the fabric is moisturized by sun exposure on the grassland. This entirely handcrafted process results in a lightweight and structured fabric that is resistant to staining and wrinkling, and contains minerals that are environmentally degradable.
